Dispenser Insert
At the beginning of this year, we launched a new dispenser insert at Dijkstra Plastics. This new type of insert can be used in many of our lids. As a result, in addition to current applications such as paint, sauce or other contents, hygienic and industrial wipes can now also be packed in our buckets. With this insert, the wipes can be pulled out of the bucket easily. By developing a square insert (in the shape of a tub), more space was created to fold back the cloth that sticks out of the insert. The square container could then be closed airtight again to prevent dehydration of the wipes. And by working together with users, we have developed a new bucket in which the wipes can be taken out of the bucket easily with one hand. We offer the dispenser insert in two variants; a cross shape or a drop shape inside the insert. This makes application suitable for different types and thicknesses of fabrics.

Because this insert can be used on a wide range of our range of buckets, we can also offer proven good buckets to you. In addition to the solution for wipes, the bucket can be equipped with various handles and also with an IML. With an IML (In Mould Label), your bucket is provided with a scratch-resistant and full-color print which makes this your perfect bucket!
New bucket: 2.2 ECP
In addition to the inserts that have already been implemented, we now also have a new bucket that is completely aimed at this market. The newly developed bucket is called the 2.2 ECP and is a narrow high pot that is extremely suitable for hygienic or industrial wipes. This 2.2-liter bucket can also be equipped with a dispenser insert, so that it can easily be taken on the work floor.

BRC Packaging
BRCGS is a standard for food safety. The standard describes the hygiene and food safety requirements for food processing companies that supply directly to the retail sector. You can also think of packaging materials for foodstuffs.
FSSC 22000
The FSSC 22000 Standard has been created through Stichting Certificatie Voedselveiligheid (SCV). As a food-oriented version of the ISO 22000 Standard, this certification programme has been set up as a global guideline in food safety and quality within various industries. This standard is aimed at the entire production chain and as such, it is ideally suited for international harmonisation, partly thanks to the recognition by the GFSI. In addition to its connection with ISO 22000, the FSSC 22000 has many comparisons with the HACCP criteria, making it an attractive variant with the best of both worlds from these programmes. Thanks to the internationally accepted nature of the FSSC and the chain-wide approach within this certification programme, we recognise a strong food safety management system in this standard.
