In December 2019, we launched a web shop with a minimum order quantity of 10 packaging units. With just a few clicks of the mouse, our packaging buckets are available from the same source as they are to major brands in the market. And the order will be delivered to you within two working days!
The web shop initially offers the option of delivery in the Netherlands only. In a few months, this will be extended to all European countries. The range on offer will be increased at the same time. From now on, you can order the buckets that you need for your next packaging requirement through our web shop, simply and quickly! (link to web shop)
FIRE-OFF: our new start-up for circular plastic production
We are proud to announce that we have started a new start-up to make the production of recycled plastic buckets circular: FIRE-OFF. On the initiative of Dijkstra Plastics, painting companies, the hospitality industry and festival organisations are personally approached to save empty buckets and to hand them in at the weekly FIRE-OFF pick-up point.
Exhibitions: Fachpack & Scanpack
Dijkstra Plastics exhibits at FachPack and Scanpack! ?
At Dijkstra Plastics we undertake daily efforts in order to turn the plastic packaging chain into a circular chain. We would like to share our solutions for sustainable packaging buckets and our circular mission with you. Furthermore, we would like to discuss what your company could do to contribute to a circular plastic packaging chain. At the FachPack and Scanpack we will tell you more about it!
Plastic bottle caps are worth money!
We have donated buckets for the Oogappeltjes Foundation and KNGF Guide Dog Foundation. These buckets are placed in supermarkets, and customers can fill them with their plastic bottle caps. KNGF receives a fee per kilo of caps. We truly enjoy contributing to such a wonderful initiative!

The British Retail Consortium (BRC)introduced this certification programme in 1998. The programme focuses on food safety and quality within an organisation. A company is tested on more than 300 aspects to check to what extent it meets the standard that is set. A rating indicates to what degree a company complies with the GSFI-recognised standard of the BRC.
Aspects such as traceability, cleanliness, operational control, training and management of suppliers are included, which together form the basis of the BRC. Thanks to the name that the BRC has built up, it has been a reputable name in the world of certification programmes for years and we are proud to be able to show our results within this programme.
The FSSC 22000 Standard has been created through Stichting Certificatie Voedselveiligheid (SCV). As a food-oriented version of the ISO 22000 Standard, this certification programme has been set up as a global guideline in food safety and quality within various industries. This standard is aimed at the entire production chain and as such, it is ideally suited for international harmonisation, partly thanks to the recognition by the GFSI. In addition to its connection with ISO 22000, the FSSC 22000 has many comparisons with the HACCP criteria, making it an attractive variant with the best of both worlds from these programmes. Thanks to the internationally accepted nature of the FSSC and the chain-wide approach within this certification programme, we recognise a strong food safety management system in this standard.
